Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
At HRM Traders, we accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalized or custom-made products, and items marked as final sale. If a product is non-returnable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, HRM Traders will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact HRM Traders within 14 days of receiving your order.

5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
