Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, HRM Traders will send a confirmation email with the shipping details.

HRM Traders offers international shipping to selected countries. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact HRM Traders and we will assist you. Delays caused by weather, customs, or shipping carriers are outside our control.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact HRM Traders within 7 days of receiving the package with photos and order details so we can arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
